Return and refund policy
Purchased and delivered products will not be return or refunded after 12 hours upon delivery.
Nevertheless, we will accept return and refund provided that products are internally infested within 3 days upon delivery.
We are accepting exchange of products within 12 hours upon receiving the products if the customer is not satisfied.
If you do not receive our products upon request and order within stipulated time frame, you have all right to be refund you.
Shipping policy
All orders are process within 1 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may delay by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment/delivery charges will depend on the distance covered by the vehicle. Meaning we will charge you according to your location.
